Just finished a novel - Providence - More a psychothriller. Standard Good vs Evil with a twist ending.  Have the sequel outlined. 

Future Healthcare with 90% fewer doctors and 75% less insurance premiums

FYI - Just conceptualized the future of healthcare.  I'd been asked to cut 10%.  No problem.  I have an idea that would cut way more than that.  Frankly, I love it.  It appeals to my hate of insurance companies, and insurance costs and hate doctors mentality.
